Warranty Information

Warranty terms are set per product. This page explains how warranties work in general.

Warranty terms vary by product

Each product page states the warranty that applies to that specific part. Warranty periods differ between new, rebuilt, reconditioned, remanufactured and used components.

Warranty terms vary by product. Refer to the warranty information shown on each product page.

What a warranty generally covers

  • Failure of the supplied component due to a defect in materials or workmanship within the stated warranty period.
  • Replacement or repair of the warranted component at our discretion, subject to inspection.

What is generally not covered

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, overheating, accident or neglect.
  • Consequential damage to other components or systems.
  • Labour costs unless expressly stated in writing.
  • Wear items and consumables.
  • Parts fitted to a vehicle for which they were not intended.
  • Components that have been modified, disassembled or repaired elsewhere.

Making a warranty claim

  1. Contact us with your order reference and the vehicle details.
  2. Provide a description of the failure and, where possible, photographs or a report from your technician.
  3. Do not dismantle the component β€” doing so may void the warranty.
  4. We will advise on inspection and the next steps.

Correct installation matters

Many components require professional installation, and some β€” including airbags, seat-belt pretensioners and hybrid high-voltage parts β€” must be installed by a qualified automotive technician. Incorrect installation can affect warranty eligibility.

Proof of purchase

Please retain your order reference and any documentation supplied with your part. These will be required for any warranty claim.
