By placing an order on this website you agree to the following terms.
1. Products and descriptions
We describe every part as accurately as we can, including its condition (New, Used, Rebuilt, Reconditioned or Remanufactured). Product images are representative; a used, rebuilt or reconditioned part may show signs of wear consistent with its condition.
2. Pricing
All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CA$) and exclude applicable taxes and delivery charges unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before processing it.
3. Vehicle compatibility
Vehicle compatibility must be confirmed before purchase. You are responsible for confirming that a part is correct for your vehicle. Where you ask us to help, we will do so in good faith using the details you provide, including your vehicle year, make, model, engine size and VIN where necessary.
4. Orders
An order is a request to purchase. Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We may contact you to confirm compatibility, delivery arrangements or payment before processing. Order references are issued for tracking and do not constitute acceptance of the order.
5. Payment
We accept Pay on Delivery and Bank Transfer only. No online payment gateway is used. For bank transfers, your order reference is your payment reference and you must upload proof of payment for verification. Orders remain unprocessed until payment is verified or confirmed as Pay on Delivery.
6. Delivery and pickup
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and confirmed after review. Oversized items may carry additional charges. Local pickup, where available, is from our Ottawa location and requires us to confirm your order is ready.
7. Returns
Returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy. You must contact us before returning a part. Certain items, including electrical components and special-order parts, may not be returnable.
8. Warranty
Warranty terms vary by product and are stated on each product page. Incorrect installation, misuse and unauthorised dismantling may void a warranty.
9. Safety and installation
Some components are safety-critical. Airbags, seat-belt pretensioners, batteries and hybrid high-voltage components must be installed and handled by a qualified automotive technician. We provide general information only and accept no liability for installation performed incorrectly or by an unqualified person.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a part we supply is limited to the price paid for that part. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including labour costs, unless required by law.
11. Website use
You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to access areas you are not authorised to access, submitting false information, or interfering with its operation.
12. Privacy
Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
