• Free standard delivery on orders over CA$500.00 (excluding oversized items).
• Oversized items (for example engines, transmissions and hybrid battery packs) may carry an additional delivery charge of CA$149.00 or more.

Returns

If you need to return a part, please contact us first so we can confirm eligibility and provide instructions.

• Return window: 14 days from delivery (subject to the conditions below).
• Restocking fee: 0.00% where applicable.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Electrical components, special-order items and installed parts may not be returnable.
• Return delivery costs may be the customer's responsibility unless the item was supplied incorrectly.

Damaged or incorrect items

If a part arrives damaged or does not match your order, contact us as soon as possible with your order reference and photographs where relevant. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Engines, transmissions, batteries, airbags and hybrid components may have different delivery and return requirements. These are noted on the relevant product pages, and our team will confirm arrangements with you before dispatch.
